Friends, It has been a long time, I have not post any tips! So, I have decided to share a lots of tips today. In India, it is very hot here for March to the first of June. So, we have to take some precautions to protect heat. Here is some prize wining tips for you, may help you to stay fit in heat!





Take a peek at some easy tips for fresh-looking skin in order to stay cool and healthy in summer and have a radiant appearance all day long.

1. Cleansing: Clean your skin everyday with a mixture of cold milk, lemon juice and honey.

2. Scrubbing: It
is known that at every three weeks the skin has a new layer of young cells eager to show off. This is why, a regular exfoliation is required. Scrubbing, you'll remove the top layer of dead skin cells and give a special glow to your face. You can easily scrub your skin with a paste of milk, oatmeal and honey; you can add with it some dust of rice.

3. Toning: Apply immediately after cleansing and scrubbing a toner everyday made with a mixture of cucumber juice, lemon juice and rose water to clean pores and the skin can better absorb the moisturizer.

4. The ideal thing to do is to avoid sun exposure as much as possible.

5. If you want to go in sun, use sunscreen, avoid staying in the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and wear protective hats and sunglasses.

6. The first step lies in blocking the ultra-violet rays from causing damage to hair; this involves wearing caps, hats and scarves that are used loosely to not restrict the supply of blood in the scalp.

7. If you like to spend most of summer in a pool, it may be wise to spritz on some leave-in conditioner to help avoid damage from chlorine and salt.

8. The use of a deep conditioner with protein or keratin could give additional protection and overcome frizziness of hair.

9. Always try to take a healthy diet, rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains helps you keep a young, fresh-looking skin.

10. Drink plenty of water to keep cool and for healthy skin and hair.
